Mark Visitor to see/alert when they return later

When I see certain visitors that might seem valuable or suspicious I'd like to flag maybe Green/Red so any time they return I can see the user noted. For good users I might want to engage them more or for bad users or red flagged I could watch...

Tabs blinking when a customer requests for chat

It would be easier to realize if the tabs on the browser when there is a chat request.

Enable spell check again please

When I am quickly responding to mult chats I may misspell something on accident. You used to have spell check enabled so I could quickly see and fix my mistake. PLEASE bring it back!!

Resize panels on the app

It would be great if we could resize some of the boxes when taking a chat. For example, expanding the text box where we type, but reducing the size of the Chat Details.

auto-away when user inactive & auto online when in use

Please add option to go auto away when phone is locked for a certain time and online when phone is being used. This would be nice when you are onsite and unable to respond or for when you only are available while you are active on the phone.

Bann IP/Visitor in WEB-Client

Its good to bann IP/Visitor in Web-Client. Current you need Windows App for it, but I use Linux oder Smartphone and than I cant bann users or IPs.

auto-away also on web version

I would like the auto-away function available also on the web version, now it's only on the windows client. So that you appear offline after x minutes of inactivity. Thanks.

CC in emails
