be able to customize columns when working on tickets in the web based version

It's pretty uncomfortable to scroll laterally between columns in the web based version while working on tickets. The client allows your to customize the columns, why does the web based version not allow you to?

auto-reconnect to database when connection is lost

Can you enable the copy paste capabilities again?

Your old platform allowed me to copy paste into the chat, so if I had a long authorization code specific to that client I could copy paste it into our chat to ensure there was no human error in communicating that to them.
