Filter system to tickets

System of filters for tickets, triggered as triggers. add tags, or metadata to tickets, assign to setor and agents, depending of ticket content.

Decline redirects

When a visitor declines a chat invite, the click event is not terminated and the "#" href sends them back to the home page since the page has a base tag specified in head (not uncommon). Please trap/kill the click event to prevent base the link...

Option for Enter to start a new Paragraph

The text box will not allow you hit "enter" to start a new paragraph. Rolling Text is quote annoying, and makes copying and pasting of information quite cumbersome. Please bring back the "Tab" & "Enter" option for paragraphs!

Show HTML by default in ticket preview pane

On the ticket list screen, the preview pane defaults to text and so its not easy to tell at a glance what the content of each ticket is without opening it. Defaulting the view to HTML would fix this.

Resize the window to a smaller size

LiveZilla takes up a lot of space, i'd be nice to have a smaller window, hiding the side bar and just show active chats (Or divide the side bar and chat window into 2 to save space).
