Print out pending/closed ticket

Suggest this system are able to print out the pending/closed ticket in list form, so we able able to escalate the problem to boss when meeting.

Tickets redirect user to URL for each group

Currently we can enter in the general settings a custom URL to redirect the user to an external ticket tool. It may be interesting to enter a ticket URL in each group because in my case I use Livezilla for 2 websites. Each site has its own group...

In chats, the chatter button changes from the chatters name to the chatters name plus (typing...) when they start typing and it creates issues with accidentally closing the chat at times because of the size difference in the button when they are...

Sort entries in knowledgebase

I want to structure my articles in the knowledgebase to follow a chronologic order. Tried to name my chapters 1.1, 1.2... and that worked fine until 1.10, which sorts in between 1.1 and 1.2.

Can you add a notification icon to the notification bar when livezilla is running. I think this feature would be very useful and from reading the reviews people have left for this app on the Android store, it appears everyone else would like this...

Website give Pop-up Notifications for New Chats

LiveZilla should have a POP-UP notification for each new chat that comes in through the website. I do not have speakers (nor do I want any) and I have no idea when new chats com in. I generally lose them since I get no notification that a new chat...
