On-Site Chat Overlay Scrolling with Android

On-Site Chat Overlay is not permanent shown with my Android phone (S7 Edge), if I scroll down the On-Site Chat Overlay is loading again (takes 1 sec. but it is not looking professional, it is not scrolling with!!! the page)
