Decline redirects

When a visitor declines a chat invite, the click event is not terminated and the "#" href sends them back to the home page since the page has a base tag specified in head (not uncommon).

Please trap/kill the click event to prevent base the link from activating.

We actually avoid initiating chat since we know the customer will be sent to the home page if they decline. Long-session visitors tend to leave immediately after being sent to a page the weren't expecting :(
