Make chat archive devided like Tickets

The *Tickets* is divided to (open&progress & ....) and you have the choice to browse (open or closed or ..) only , however *chat archive* isn`t divided , and all chats (open - missed - ,... ) are together k and I can`t Browse only (opened Chats or archived Chats ) .
I suggest to make *chat archive* divided like tickets .
