Filter IP by CIDR notation

We have 10 filters based on IP wildcards...

107.77.230.*
107.77.231.*
107.77.232.*
107.77.233.*
107.77.234.*
107.77.235.*
107.77.236.*
107.77.237.*
107.77.238.*
107.77.239.*

Which cold be achieved with only 2 entries if CIDR notation were supported...

107.77.230.0/23
107.77.232.0/21

Haven't checked DB/query structure, but if we could specify multiple entries in the IP field (comma separated) that would be an improvement.

107.77.230.*,107.77.231.*,107.77.232.*,etc

Note: This blacklist created to eliminate one particular user (without doubt) in that dynamic-IP range.
