Website give Pop-up Notifications for New Chats

LiveZilla should have a POP-UP notification for each new chat that comes in through the website. I do not have speakers (nor do I want any) and I have no idea when new chats com in. I generally lose them since I get no notification that a new chat has arrived.

I'm in the same boat at my work. I see they have a pop up notification for new visitors, but nothing for a new chat. I don't care about visitors, I want to see when a chat is initiated and be alerted to it.

We use thin clients to log into a server so do not have a sound card and could really benefit from a pop up notification.
