Want an agent to be prioritated "FIRST LINE agent"

Today, a chat request is sent RANDOMLY around among agents who is available in the group. This is not good enough.

We have a person that is ment to answer chat requests first. Please let it be possible to chose an agent to be "FIRST LINE AGENT", so she can receive chat requests first. If she is not responding, then other agents in the queue is next to receive the chat request.
